We are planning to run an ESOL (English as a second or foreign language) Teachers Training Project that encourages and subsidises Hongkongers with specific educational backgrounds to obtain the qualification.

HKUC is dedicated to the community capacity building of overseas Hongkongers. We believe Hongkongers could engage themselves to work in and work for the local community. Providing resources and knowledge on education is one of the best ways to achieve this goal.
