HKUC aspires to be an iconic HK Cultural and Community Resource Centre in the UK. It will be an international symbol of Hong Kong, preserving and promoting the city's culture and values.

We wish to re-connect the scattered Hong Kong-British diaspora and co-construct one of the largest overseas Hongkongers networks in the world.
